Speaker Session description
As trial attorneys, we know it is important to develop themes to tell a “story” to the jury. Our ability to communicate such themes has been altered by the technology of the 21st Century, a jury’s attention span, and the manner in which they receive information in a digital age. We will explore methods to “weave a yarn” in new and entertaining ways to grab a jury’s attention.
